Problem loading battles

 Share

Recommended Posts

I try entering a battle but I get stuck at the loading screen for so long that Im removed from the battle due to inactiaty, and if thats not enough when I am returned to the lobby the loading screen or bar is still there and I am not able to click on anything including my garage and chat. I am pretty sure it has something to do with my computer but idk how to fix it does anyone have any idea what to do?

Edit: I am able to access the chat but nothing else

Clear your browser cache if you're using one: http://help.tankionline.com/topic/624700-how-to-clear-your-browsers-cache/

Clear Flash cache(Shared objects) if you're using standalone: http://help.tankionline.com/topic/624692-how-to-clear-shared-objects/

I had the same problem and was able to fix it by re-installing flash.

The main thing you need to do is get the "Flash Uninstaller" directly from the Adobe site.

Uninstalling from Windows Control Panel will not work.

Then just clear cache and temp files and reinstall flash.

Hope this helps.

Sometimes loading problems could occur if in an overloaded server, or some times the server may be lagging; in this case, go to a different server.

A useful solution is flushing DNS cache. You can do this by opening 'Command Prompt(Admin)' on your PC/Laptop (if using Windows). Just simply right click on the windows logo on the bottom left and click on Command Prompt (Admin). Once you click on it, a black box should open up. Type this in and press enter:

ipconfig /flushdns

It should say something like 'Successfully cleared DNS Cache'.
