Showing Lower Ranks Some Love

Tanki, please hear my cries. We need to show the lower ranks (Sargents to WO5) More attention. Tanki always hosts fun contests but make it for higher ranks only. (Like Major and up) Also the Red Suit paint is only for higher ranks and cost way too much if lower ranks could buy it anyway. Please do more for the lower ranks!:(

Tanki always hosts fun contests but make it for higher ranks only. (Like Major and up)

All players can equally participate in the contests regarding their rank. Such as: contests in Tanki Online Newspaper, video of the week, question of the week and special contests (you can see the previous special contests here: Contests Archive). In all these contests it does not matter which rank player is, so there is no discrimination by the rank.

 

Also the Red Suit paint is only for higher ranks and cost way too much if lower ranks could buy it anyway.

As for Redpool Event: Unique paint and in-game gift! and the Red Suit paint, it was the decision of our developers.

 

And as it is said:

 

We are actually happy with how this things works and will be doing more activities related to pop culture stuff.

It is possible that some unique paints in the future can be available also for the players at lower ranks.

I think this shouldn't happen. Not because I'm a gissimo and I don't care, but its for hte sake of balancing. Tanki doesn't want to give all the privilages a high ranker who spent loads of time (and possibly money) into the game to some person who just played for a week. So to encourage people to play the game more, they hold special events for ranks such as Major and up, as an advertisement for lower ranks.

 

I know this post will get flooded with insults... but I just think its fine the way it is.

I think having spent 7 months on getting this rank, higher ranks deserve privileges in at least some things -_-

The protections and stuff given in the paints are too high for any equipment ranks below Major. That's why our dev's have the "Holiday" paint which are for all ranks and they change it on holidays. As per the special paint's with protections have high protection. Imagine a WO5 with 50% protection agains't 2 turret's. A GREAT imbalance would occur. This is the reason why the rare paint's are above major mostly

Red Suit paint unlocks at Colonel because it has the total amount of % of protections.

 

Sometimes event paints like Eternity happens, different protection amounts to ranks but this time it didn't. I don't see what the Deves are doing wrong, my lowest account didn't get it either. The paint honestly isn't that good, protection wise.

It is just like unlocking it you jump from ranks like u unlock equipment u will be able to play in contests etc...

so u cant get every thing when u just start the game

To reach mayor you need 390.000 exp. If you play every day and gain 1000 experience points it takes you more than a year.

I think sales for MUs should be coupled with somethig for lower ranks (WO/Lt.) and other stuff.

idk but the low ranks don't still in these ranks forever they will ranking up soon and tanki does this system to Encouragement rank ups if every thing available for all ranks no reason to ranking up. this what do i think :) ;)
