Na, there is a reason why only moderators have such ability. There is also a reason why the previous kick-system(bearing almost the same system) was removed.

 

Players will, no matter what, abuse such powers. We obviously can't say all players will abuse it, but there will most certainly be abusing of such feature without a doubt.

 

A group of players playing any match can unfairly kick a random player upon using this command, even if that player isn't causing a mess or trouble and is playing properly with the proper combos.

The old kick system proved to be unsuitable for this game as it had many flaws which players exploited to gain an advantage, hence why it was removed. If you want to discuss a different kick version, there is already a topic for that: Kick 2.
