''This user is banned from chat''

Pretty simple and needed 

So when I try to talk with my friend who is banned form chat i can keep chatting with him and think he is ignoring me but no actually he isn't he is banned from chat and i will never know unless his ban time ends.
So my idea is when some one tries to talk with someone on chat and he is banned it should say this
" This player is banned "
and in case he is banned from chat and he is in a battle it should says in score board beside his name that he is banned from chat like 

The.Sky.Killer[banned]

Perhaps I don't understand one aspect of your idea. If implemented, would one still be able to speak to banned players in server chats? If whenever one attempted to speak to a banned player a green notification "this user is banned" appeared, this implicates that it would be impossible to speak to a banned player. (In the same way it is impossible to speak to an offline player) I think it would be better to have a place in the ratings page that says something like this:

Sir, He meant Like now we see "this player is offline" when we send a message. We should see "This player is banned from chat" too when you are banned in game.

I don't get why this hasn't been implemented, how are we suppose to understand someone if we don't know they are banned?

 

Then again it will probably take the devs a couple of weeks years before considering implementation
