My acc is suspended 

I emailed tanki about this

They said you will get back your acc asap 

But my acc is suspened! my problem is that.. 

They said to fill a form i did

But i got a eamil saying account return

My problem is why was i suspeneded! there is no reason why should i!!!!

Hello, you already contacted Chat Admins in PMs (and added me aswell, for unknown reasons) regarding your ban — we already explained you when and why you got banned.

 

Now, your account has been suspended aswell, not only banned, so you must contact Tech Support to receive help, Admins do not deal with suspended accounts, only with banned ones.
