server Ru1. really guys!

Server Russian 1 has a problem this week , last Friday and today we got kicked from the battles,on Friday when we made reload we found that our battle had been removed , and Guess what happened today !!!! i got back after the kick and i found myself still in the battle , only one of my team and 1 of the enemy team could return to the battle and ( we got all the crystals), "check the pic" 

this is unfair because:

1- (13 players) lost their crystals ( because when they made reload there were no places on Ru1 or they could enter after 5 minutes) 

2-i lost the game we were 2 against 7.

3- look at this guy on red team he got 15 000 crystals alone and his team mostly smashed their computers after they lost 2 or 3 hours effort   :wacko:  :wacko:  :wacko: 

 

anyway guys just tell us what is happening or fix it , i play on Ru1 because i can find courage XP-BP battles,  -_-  -_-

Tanki Team never infromed us why....not even an excuse. Customers at least need to know.

Maybe if you generalissimos would go to different servers besides RU1 you wouldn't have servers crashing so much and battle funds lost . Seriously go play on some of the less popular servers that are mostly empty and this will not happen I guarantee it

i support your idea ford , but the issue is i want to play XP_BP format  (hornet - wasp with rail gun) in courage map. and i can only find this battle in RU1  :unsure: so i prefer to take the risk and play on Ru1 .

 they said that there are some loads on the server and the developers are working on the problem, however, the players have the right to be sad because they are losing their crystals. it just makes no sense to play many hours then suddenly "everything is gone"  :wacko:  :wacko:  :wacko:

This LOSS OF CONNECTION is just not supposed to happen, especially not at VERY SLOW times.

When I get locked up, or kicked from a battle, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get back to that server...much less to that battle.

I have to reset my ENTIRE CONNECTION to Tanki to do that...!!! :angry:

it's not that easy, if i have 30 minutes to play, i am not going to waste them looking for a battle in non XP_BP server, Tanki staff should solve this problem not the players , for example they can make Ru1 for high ranks only.or for specific maps ,come on guys i am sure that you are smart enough to deal with this issue  :rolleyes:  :rolleyes:  :rolleyes:

There are way too much players on RU1, so it is probably the cause and maybe it is not the fault of TO. IT is us who are overloading the servers.

Er......But where else can we go to play Format battles? That is the issue.

The reason is that RU1 is way too overloaded  and that causes a terrible lag. There are some solutions in the Help site for solving the lag so you can read them, they might help you! and tell me, why can't you just go to other servers and play there? you waste your time in RU1 lagging... why? just go to other servers like EN ones which are not that laggy and play.

 

Tankionline developers might know that, but they are currently focusing on TankiX.

Hah. It happened across all the RU's, for me especially RU3 and RU4, so it was the server operation that was and is the problem.
