I never hacked my account, yet I got banned for hacking!

Hello,

I am apparently locked out of my account because I "hacked" it. 

 

Let me clear it up, I have never hacked my account in any way, ever.

I raised this issue with help@tankionline.com, no lock so far. this is their reply:

As you can see yourself, TankiOnline, wants you to wait. There is nothing much we can do at the moment, only thing you and we can do is wait.

Alongside what is stated in the above post, I must remind you that none of the administrators, moderators or players have the authorization to resolve disputes which are inside he bounds of blocked accounts. Matter of fact even the tech support has a separate group of members which look into matters of hacking(in some cases unfairly blocked on account of hacking) cases etc in more detail then the rest.

 

I advise you not to send multiple emails to the tech support and instead wait for their reply. If they somehow missed your email, you can resend the email to them after a period of at least 2 weeks or so...
