I have a similar situation when I play with my cousin in his or my home on the weekend. One of us sometime go make some food while we are in battle so that one tank is idling for the moment. The active one of us usually keep capturing flags or killed the idling tank etc etc because we don't mind as we play lots of Tanki battles all night long on weekend. I am afraid that we will get banned in this case.

well this is how its coming down to being ..and tanki needs to rethink what they want

 

also if they go after the IP address for the internet which will be impossible due to IP addresses change locations constantly and for the emails well there a new thing about is that you can get a email to link with your account and they only last 10 min then tanki has no way to track you with emails ..sure this leaves you open for hackers but if you don't open any links then you should be safe

the down fall is  you wont be able to change account names or even enter contests

 

so they say there up with technologies then they need to look at another way to solve this

Another good point.

 

It looks like there are many circumstances that makes a battle seems suspicious. I believe Tanki needs to think about this "IP address method". There could be thousands of so-called suspicious battles everyday out there and many players could be mistakenly banned because of wrong judgements, which Tanki never thought about the situations.

this situation sort of applies to me too. me and my brother DCDBRUINTJE do play together quite often on 2 computers connected to the same network (our home network). If one of us gets food or crisps his tank will seem dead --> tanki will ban him. Bye bye fun... Please keep that in mind tanki

Regarding Crystal Missions / Start of Mission Chains.

 

From the beginning of Mission Chains it was looking like Tanki was beginning to scrimp on crystal rewards.

Subsequently this no longer seems to be the case. Apologies for doubting you Tanki.

Make sure, the siblings/friends/holy-ghost(s)/unholy-ghosts/parents/trespassers/and all the other above not mentioned souls who have access to the internet through your home router being aware of the situation you might get into if they foolplay or foul-play in tankionline™ battle fields from now on!  

 

Or simply should i say, "You don't get to !@#$%^&()**with tankionline's innocent players anymore!" :)

Thy shouldn't include Sunday, I can personally play but some other religions can't, or for some it's just a family day in which they can't play on.

The IP address thing would lead dozens of innocent players get banned.

 

Let me show an example:

 

John and Tom are brothers who live with their parents in the same house. They use the same network to play Tanki together. One day they came up with an idea to take a screen shot of their tanks side by side on the same 1 vs 1 TDM battlefield (map) with the score board (on the lower right corner) showing 2016. That is 20 kills for red and 16 kills for blue. They created the battle, went there then made up the score: John, in red team, let Tom killed 16 times and Tom, in blue team, let John killed 20 times.

 

Now the mod saw that these two accounts had the same IP address. He looked into the battle and saw that they were making up the scores. He quickly decided that these two accounts were doing leveling (or something not allowed) and banned them, without knowing the truth.

can not finish all 7 daily mission for this week.

Regarding Missions / Mission Chains.

 

Out of 8 missions since yest (I changed 1 each day, usually always do). There were no crystal rewards for me, only supplies.

I hope this is just a blip! & not Tanki scrimping on the crystal.     .. I have 000s of supplies already, can't use them fast enough...

Me too. I received no crystal missions out of the 8 missions (with one free change per day) since the introduction of the Daily Mission Chain 2 days ago. Does that mean I will only receive crystals after finshing a 7-days mission chain? According to the latest V-Log that a Major will receive 740 crystals and some supplies after completing a 7-days mission chain. That means even I complete a 7-days chain, I will receive less than 740 crystal with my rank.

It is possible that the "1" means the first 7-days chain. It is the counter for the four 7-days chains. If you complete 4 chains you will receive a bigger reward.

Not only the religions issue. My nephew can only play computer games, including tanki, in the school and city libraries after classes, Monday to Friday, because his parents don't allow him to play game on the home computer. However, the libraries closes on both Saturday and Sunday.

 

I believe it will be more feasible to have 5-days chains rather than 7-days chains.

If players are misbehaving from an IP address with multiple player accounts, then the other players will assist in preventing abuse.  This is good because self interest will help keep the game clean.   Other wise single people with multiple accounts will continue to keep on playing after suspension by playing on another account from the same IP address.

The ip notification for helping mods detect sabotage is welcome but more is needed.

 

Not all sabotage comes from the same ip and usually it is from friends.

Players should be able to tell how many friends a player on his side has with the enemy side just by pressing tab and looking at the scoreboard.

If I see I'm on a side where a player in my team has 4 friends on the enemy side then to me he is a potential problem and saboteur. I'd rather find a battle less slanted.

 

Please make this happen.

Please not 7 continous days, because of Family days or religions or other reasons (Sabbath, Sunday, or national pig day, ..)

 

Simply make us to complete missions on 5 different days within a week of seven days.

So much more players can take part of this.

 

This 5-within-7 will motivate much more players to play frequently, then the 7-of-7.

Simply as if the chances to achieve something get higher, I am more motivated to do so.
