Damn, this looks like it could be an excellent update and I won't have anything to moan about. If the option to downvote was still here then I would have 'liked' this, but I can't on principle until I can also 'dislike' things.

 

People seem to be worried about the IP address thing for no reason. It does NOT say you can not have two accounts playing from the same address - merely that this will be highlighted to bring it to the MODs attention so they can check that nothing bad is happening.

ok but what if you have bad karma with certain mods what then ..will they give you the benefit of the doubt or will they automatically assume that your doing something wrong....i understand most mods would look into it before jumping in to assumptions... but when you've had a bad day or your busy and get get distracted things happen..and  you get a ban for nothing..sure you can see admin and then what ?? 

 

.so really were  really needing this to be looked into more  closely on this ..

I most of the time play on my computer and my brother plays on his in the same house at the same time ... But not cheating just to play...does this mean we now hav a possibility to get banned... Everything looks good but this part of the update

I have a similar situation. I often play with my cousin either at his home or my home on the weekends. Would that be mistakenly considered as cheating and get banned ?

This is exactly why admins exist - so they can bring accountability to every moderator's decision, which does in fact require a body of proof (beyond just looking at the name and thinking, oh he has bad karma, let's just ban him). There is no such thing as a ban for nothing. And if you dispute a ban, you DEFINITELY need to message an admin so he or she can review that mod's actions.
