Problem is that :

Consider we want to buy a kit that have m2 viking and smoky.

The price of that kit is 190k .

But we already have bought m2 viking.and price of that kit(with m2 viking and smoky) is 190k even now!!!

Why the price of bought viking m2 is not minus???

Help me please.

Unfortunately, Devs decided this is the way kits will work, and there is nothing we can do.

It's only "minus" if you fully MU Vik M1 (hence, Vik M2). If kits worked the way you described it, it would not benefit Tanki economically.
