Tanki Command Module

 Share

Recommended Posts

I had been tinkering around with tank, and discovered a command module which..I am not sure what to do with.

I had started this topic in the hope that someone else had discovered this feature as well, and maybe we could collaborate on ideas.

I had to hit ctrl-shift-K 3 times on Mac to open it.

Any ideas?

A list of commands I have tried so far:

Vars.List (gives a list of object-oriented commands;in-game)

help (gives a list of server-related commands;)

I recall that in one of the Tanki V-Logs ,the command module was shown as a way to open the spectator mode without having to have a Tanki oriented Youtube account with 100i subscribers, required today to have the spectator mode on-demand.

I don't really speak Russian, but I think the most useful thing to expand the tankers knowledge of this command module feature is to have a

complete index of the commands.

What does it do

This is what I am trying to figure out. Most of the text is in Russian,as the game was created by Russian developers. The 'Help" command seems to open up the closest thing to a manual for this module.

Also, the vars.list(Variables.list) gives another set of commands.

We need a translator.

I am guessing this is one of the places where cheating originated. It seems to be one of the only places where you can modify any non-object oriented code.

(as well as object).

Sorry, but what you found is a known toolbox existing in all Flash-Based environments, it is called "variables console" and it allows you to view a list of fixed or exchangeable variables that define how Flash-oriented items work, such as your tank's camera behaviour.

For Tanki Online, the only variables that can be changed are those related to the camera following your tank — modifying those values allows you to have a "spectator-like" view of the Game by having the camera behave differently than planned by the Devs, but it is nowhere near to the real Spectator mode.

There is nothing to do in the "variables console" apart what I've said above and it not so mysterioys, sorry :)

Cheats and hacks did not originate nor use this window since they work on tanks and maps, not on camera views and related codes.

For more info, check this: Camera Settings  :)
