Post here your issues with lags and server instability

I have been having a terrible lag experience since the last Server Update between March 1 and March 2. For some odd reason, my garage refuses to load; the same goes for battles. I've even tried refreshing the page several times now, and I still have no luck.

All time lags in Polygon CP ... imposible to play 8v8, but in 7v7 or less is okay. Im in Standalone Flash Player, more better than browser.

 

And always the worst are in large maps, hard lags ... ex Tribute, Rio, Silence, Kungur, Serpuhov and others map wth more players 14+ or huge size.

 

Please fix this lags ... i have good PC and internet, so, not is safe from me this big problem.

experiencing serious lag, game launches fine but once it starts everying is in slow motion.

en 3, 10:07am - EST but experienced same problem on en 2 and en 3 last night.

noticed that once tanki launches an unknown.exe launches on my computer and takes up 98% of the processing time.

would mean that ultimately all servers would largely be defined in terms of ranks and not the geographical considerations that are weighted more currently. Guessing this would be huge.

 

Not exactly

- the servers will not be "loaded by rank".

you just enter the unified battle lobby, and you see all battles available for your rank. No matter on which physical server they are. Then you join a battle and connect to this battle on it's specific server, no matter of your rank, just simply to this battle you selected from the overview.

 

- today the servers for EN and for RU and for POL are all located in western Europe (I think it was Amsterdam... forgot it)

There is no server for players in Russia (at least I found none).

this problem has been really going out of control!  :(

every server i go it is the same,in each battle the FPS is low and the PING high.

and the game usually stops and i do not get the crystals. :angry:

Yes, there is another problem with the anti-cheat system, you get self-destructed for no reason (Usually when you are on another tank).

my tanki doesnt load 

so many days..

(more than 2 weeks)

i mean-doesnt load-

the charge never reaces to 100%

and i see the following massage:

"Cannot establish connection (host: 37.48.74.188, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050)"

i always play at google chrome..

and when i try play explorer-same problem..

i try to clean my google chrome cache or

flash player deta

but i do all that thing and nothing...

tanki work to me about once a week

and when it work i can play 1 map and when i press on garage 

or want to leave this map-

"server conection closed"

and when i refresh tanki-that problem Repeats..

that so boring and frustrating to play tanki like that 

and i hope you fixed that problem soon..

anyway-thx about all work you do :)

I usually get a problem when i am on EN2 or EN3 the chat stops being updated,all buttons such as missions settings etc stop being usable and suddenly it says server conn closed man i have never given my pass to anyone how could it happen!

There are 3 types of lags I have experienced.

 

I) It occurs mostly in EN -4

   Sometimes when I am in a battle everything stops suddenly.And after sometime everything starts moving very          fastly ,and most of the time I found myself destroyed.

 

II) It also occurs in EN -4

    At one moment i see someone moving forward,and in another moment it goes backward with a faster speed.

 

III) It occurs in EN -5

     Mostly I am unable to take supplies even GOLD BOXES

    

     I hope it will be sorted out soon.

I think one of the most annoying lags for me is one that seems to be universal. Sometimes, when I get on top of another tank, I self-destruct without warning! This has happened on different computers and to one of my friends. I even watched a youtube video with Gold-Mans and it happened to him (sorry, he has so many videos I cannot remember which one). This lag is especially annoying because when gold boxes drop, you need to get on top of people! As I said, it happens when I get on top of another tank. With regards to the EN, it seems to happen across servers.

it's not lag as such, at least in the traditional form, it's more like a total server crash, you'll know once you experience it

Hi everyone :D am gonna get into the topic :D

 

First Of All , The problem all happens in RU1 and EN2

 

i will tell the details one by one :

 

1\ SOMETIMES ( not always ) when i join a battle , excactly when the loading completes , I think i would normally enter and play but then exactly it makes [ An error occurred - re-enter the game - causes and solutions ] that happens sometimes exactly when i join the battle . it happens sometimes while am playing -_- i hate thaaat , Actually its not bad internet huh :D . I make refresh page and its enters after that and when it ends loading again -_- it happens [ An error occurred ] -_- I solve this in some tiring movements -_- I copy the link of the battle and close the browser and put the link again and enter and wait for loading and enter my name-pass that's so boring guys.

 

2\ The second problem this doesn't happen so much :D when i am playing SOOO NORMALLY ... SOOO SUDDENLY it lags, my tank be like shivering :\ seriously ? and all the guys be like that :\

 

3\ This too doesn't happen too much :\ ... Too when I am playing SOOO NORMALLY ... SOO SUDDENLY it lags :D and everything stops :P after some few seconds it returns and play good .. it happens too much in one battle but not much in too much battles ( always happens in madness map )

 

4\ THIS WHAT HAPPENS MOST , like normal :D when I am playing SOOO NORMALLY ( Mostly in RU1 ) SO SUDDENLY XD it makes 999PING​ . then after few seconds it returns good :\ ( Mostly in XP/BP battles ) AND the BIG problem is \ it happens when gold EVERY DAMNED TIME when :GOLD BOX WILL BE DROPPED SOON -_- ​seriously ? :\ I fail in every golds while last week ratings I got 7 golds :\ in one day ( double funds day ) now I can't take a gold I don't even see it -_-

Bit strange but i seem to lag the most durring drug battles. Everythings fine then as soon as one person starts drugging, everyone follows suit and my ping/fps goes crazy

can someone fix the unnecessary change of camera view when in battle.

the camera view changes from normal to skyview without any touching of the buttons.

it happens during movement, during essential battle with other opponents or just plain jumping off the cliff to land to the ground.

maybe it happens when critical moments or quick movements.

I experiance a lot of sticked-keys (whily the windows stick key feature is definitely off...).

But suddenly out of nowhere my tank or turret spins to one direction, or the perspective moves up / down..

 

>> even if I releasse all keys.. it continues to do so !!

 

It helps to push the button, that is used for the sticked action (like if turret rotates right, I can push x to "un-stick" it)

Unable to log into battles.  Get the progress bar, which loads right to the end, but never able to enter the battle.  I have lost a lot of crystals by having to re-enter the battles in the past.  Also, getting the same problems as others; freezing screen, turrets spinning: general lag issues.  

 

I am glad I didn't sign up for a pro account .

Its takes me 1-2 minutes to load into my garage. One time gold fell while I was loading into my garage and I had to sit there hopelessly while the other guys got it because I was in a 1 v 1 against an m1 wasp. I was really passed off.
