The kick option is no longer available

 

Although sometimes the anti-cheat system can mistake you for cheating if it detects you as suspicious and automatically kicks you out

 

If you were kicked out of the battle, you should contact help@tankionline.com and give them the link of the battle, the time of the battle and the server you were playing on

 

Unfortunately if you did not take a screenshot of when you were kicked out i don't think you can get a refund

no no it was the people who live there.

There's also another minor bug, sometimes when I'm playing XP/BP, when I turn my Turret, for some strange reason, it always tries to go to the centre and I'm not even pressing 'C.' It's incredibly annoying especially when you need to pull off a hard shot and your turret is turning wherever it feels like. After a while it goes away but it's annoying either way.

Maybe it 's keyboard ghosting?

A ghosting issue will not dissapear like that I think, it will remain all the time.

Software issues, maybe you have a slightly damaged C key? No clue.

Nah, my 'C' key is fine, as far as I can tell. I think it's a glitch that occurs during sudden moments of lag.

I have  an very good internet connection(should be costed a hefty amount) and when I join a battle,60 fps under 40 ping always in 2 years of gaming on many accounts,when I enter the battle I cannot take any box or destroy anyone until I actually get killed.This is getting really annoying as I have a YouTube channel  and I'm currently doing challenges,and otherwise playing the game is now so much harder.And for the spinning tanks,I think it's just the server being overloaded.It only happens on the most popular servers(RU1,EN1,RU2,EN2) and Test Server.

There's a new Shaft bug involved in lagging/frame rate : trying to aim results in involuntary firing (a snap shot or arcade shot). The spacebar should not initiate firing until it is released -- the glitch reads a release when none is made. :(

If it would be my keyboard, I would have the same issue all over all programms, like typwriters, spreadsheets, whereever..

but actually it is only in Tanki.

I have noticed that as well.  It has probably been brought in to kill shaft because some still cling to it doggedly despite all the nerfing that it has received.

At first I too thought it was my key board, so I changed it and it still misfired.  I believe development might be behind this.

These are the details about the legendary Tanki lag:-

 

When I logged in and started playing Tanki, I experienced normal FPS (60) and PING (75) but soon after, this laggy thing has started, and now I am used to playing in 20 FPS and 750 PING.

 

1) I have a laptop with an intel i7 processor, which is one of the fastest ones I know.

2) I have a TATA Photon+ (I don't know if this is fast or not.)

3) I live in India.

4) I play on the server: EN8.

 

What happens during the lag: As everybody else had stated, at first, the PING and FPS are normal. Then, suddenly, ge go extremely bad. All the tankers just appear to rotate their turrets, and I shoot at them, but they never die. I have finished 7 full sets of Firebird ammo and nothing happened to a guy with a Wasp. Then, all of a sudden, there is a loud blasting sound and my tank is destroyed and rusted.

 

I have lost my battle funds many-a-times, and I have calculated that I have lost 1562 crystals in total (that is a small number as I'm just a Sergeant). When the last ten seconds of a battle are going on, the game crashes and I'm kicked out of the battle.

 

I hope that Tanki will develop this ASAP.

Just to tell, Tata Photon+ gives a speed of approx 3.1 Mbps...(which is fast enough)

BTW, I didn't knew you too are Indian...

 

And that sudden movement happens when you regain your connection with server...you get destroyed because someone has destroyed your tank as on the servers....after a respawn, everything shall go as normal...

Can Tankionline please return my 1526 crystals? I'm no fraud, and I'll be willing to give any tests for it.

Tanki are not doing for some reason. It is very unfair

The purpose of having multiple servers available to Tanki Online is to distribute the load. Tanki Online offers players the ability to choose their own server so they can choose their gameplay experience. Obviously the more populated servers are the more likelihood they will be laggy. Additionally servers that are physically further from the player increase latency. To reduce lag caused by latency and server congestion - choose a server that is less populated and do your part to contribute to your and the communities respective experience.

The exact same response as before is relevant, in fact that's a good response for anyone complaining of lag. :)

It is really ridiculous to have such problems at night (US time) when there are only a few thousand players on the servers. You select a battle and it takes TWO OR THREE MINUTES to enter, assuming you get in at all. And if you try to change equipment in battle, it may just take 45 to 60 seconds just for the garage to open! We have no way to predict when these stupid server problems are going to occur. It is completely random and completely aggravating!

 

When it gets really busy,  these problems go away and are replaced by bigger problems (e.g. crashing battles completely, server disconnects, intermittent huge ping). If your server guys made some sort of overhaul in the last month, maybe you can see about *yanking that ship owp*...I suspect, however, the culprit is the constant tracking

for the daily missions, since these glitches started when that new system was installed.

So the solution is to go play battles you don't want to play, with people you don't want to play against? How about we play on another site? :blink:

Why not just decrease the allowable players on the busiest servers?? But of course, the problems still happen when there is no latency or crowded servers...they are just DIFFERENT PROBLEMS that probably have nothing to do with the habits of the players, or anything they can choose to change. It may be hard to admit, but all these things are controllable by the programmers....once they acknowledge that it is something they have to fix.
