Why do mouse controls lag so much in the client and not in the Standalone Flash Player?

Don't get me wrong, the Standalone Flash Player is far from perfect with the jittery FPS but atleast it's playable.

 

The client has the fast response and smooth FPS, so why is it that mouse controls are horrible there?

I love playing Shaft with mouse controls but the S.A. is too jittery to play for longer periods of time without getting a light form of migraine.

 

Do you experience any issues with the mouse on standalone Flash client only? Same with Steam, I presume?

 

 

Since last Friday (october 6th, 2017) I can't enter any battle using the client. I keeps loading until I get removed for inactivity. Then the frame remains on screen and I have to close cliente. Hope it has a easy solution beacuse the client is much better than browser for my computer. I forgot, I tried to unistall the client and download a new installer but didn't solve the issue.

Hi! When you'd like to come back, please also try to install the Steam version, I understand it mught not seem like a new solution, but will help narrow down the problem.

 

 

i know this probaly has nothing to do with this but whats up with the often error messages? is it just beacuse im useing google or safari or what?

Client: Click Play and it loads for a bit, and then Server Connection Closed. Click here to re-enter the game.

Then I re-open client, and same thing happens again.

 

But it never happens if I join a half-filled battle.

Mostly when I click Play for the last vacant slot in a team, i guess their server gets confused because it gets a request for the same slot from other players as well, and then closes my connection.

 

But all the battles are mostly full after the update.

It might work if you use standalone flashplayer or a browser, but there's no guarantee. Programmers will be working full force to fix those issues tomorrow.

Unfortunately Help Desk doesn't accept such requests anymore and doesn't give compensations anymore. It could have been anything but for now if you think that you will most likely lag out for a different reasons, it is recommended to not play long battles which you are unsure whether you will finish them or not and is better to play short battles.

Ever since the latest update, me and my friends who are in India are having major lags. Pings above 300. It starts from 115 and reaches to 999. On and off. Is there something we can do?

I have cleared temp, prefectch, cache. It still lags and with the clan training + tournaments upcoming, this is going to be disastrous. 

 

Please help us out.

it's always the same Thing !! Every time you remove a Bug you add 2 or many other Bugs !!! this things never gonna change !

Yes, before my ping was always between 80 to 110. After the update, my ping is drastically affected.

In addition to connection drops / re-enter. And in addton to very long load times going to / from the Garage. In addition to all that the battle menu screen is WIGGING OUT.

 

On the battle list screen the highlight cursor goes berserk. It jumps form game to game to game 2-3 times per second. It goes to game I have never clicked. It will not allow you to actually join a game because the right-side window does not update fast enough to match the jumping cursor. Mouse click do nothing.

 

And TO wants me to spend money on this thing...

Evidently, something has to be done to clear this issue as soon as possible. Waiting for my ping to come back to normal. FYI, my net speed has not decreased after the Halloween update. I still have the same net but the update has got mine and other tanker's ping high. Lag is a major issue for many tankers right now because of the latest update. please fix this.

My 3k crystals to exp earned difference is just because of this issue. I didn't played after that :( why to play if you don't get your reward?
