mosty incase of pro battles my ping is always 200+ but in non pro battle i get 98 ping

everything fine its poor game servers try to refresh them by informing Developers

You are at all servers, the battle list is merged with all battles from all servers. When you choose a battle, it takes you to that server and battle.

and mostly all those battles are in those servers which are already full so i get bad ping sometime i join battle with  server that is not full and then my ping is damn good

I haven't been able to log in all day. The downloaded program will not load/open. An error message in Russian pops up. The browser version doesn't load. Sometimes it does and allows me to sign in, but then freezes loading on the battle list page. Anyone else having problems like this today. I am in Canada.

I updated flashplayer and it loaded the battle screen in the browser version but wouldn't let me in a game.

When loading the downloadable client it now says Library loading error: Error #2032

Hey Cooper thanks for you reply. I did see that page and have cleared my cache/history, used different browsers (Chrome Edge Firefox), i updated flash player and java (don't know if java is part of tanki). I can now log in to the browser version but there are still issues with excessive lag, long loading times and also often now during battle my turret no longer does damage and i have to log out completely. The downloadable client still does not load. This also happens on my other computer as well. Very strange. And it started right after the update a couple nights ago, when the mission chain /battle length changes etc came into effect.

 

This is the other error that comes up when trying to load the downloadable client program. So sometimes it says the library error above, but usually it just does this. I don't know what it says in russian.

The fact that issues start occurring right after an update is quite a common concept. A lot of information about the game is stored in your cache, so you can load the game faster. Whenever an update is released, some of the things stored in your cache might have been changed with the update. As a consequence, your client/browser might not be able to load at all or might not be able to load parts of the game.

Just another point which was covered by MR Cooper is i'm sure a computer program compares new files from the server and old ones stored on your computer... i might be wrong. but i'm sure some of these Critical errors might be because the cache is not being cleared and therefore it runs into an unexpected halt in the programming.when comparing it to the new files on the server... 

 

its seems strange how i don't get these errors on maps I've not visited in a while but only maps i go to on a regular basis.

not sure what is now happening but yesterday playing and got locked in to the mouse control . then again it happened . when this happens it locks my key board and mouse from shooting , i can move the courser and stuff but nothing happens.. have been on other accounts today and nothing happened , been playing way better this week then in the past weeks..

 

Me too. Game locks up constantly. Either it crashes entirely. Or my screen freezes for 4-5 seconds. The tank keeps ding whatever it was doing.  Usually falling off a cliff of just moving into the op-en to be shot to pieces.

 

Even more frequently I will spawn and eithe that tank or the turret will not respond to one of the arrows (eg rotate right, turn hull left). The other directional arrows work but one wil not respond again for a few seconds/

Also bewn seeing me shoot a tank, red numbers go up, but the tank drives halfway across the map before blowing up.

 

Such a quality game the so richly deserves financial support .... not. I don't know why I am wasting my time reporting this. They still haven't fixed the vulcan heating bug in nearly a year now.

I also still have my issue of trying to post in chat . sometimes I can but then if i open garage or other things with in tanki . I then have to reopen another tab then close it in order to write in chat or even send gifts messages. for gift messages if I post the account name first , then it wont let me write. what I end up having to do is open a new tab then close it and then be able to continue to write my messages..

 

also please increase the like posting button. for I seldom like others posts , but when I do I only have a small amount ..

 

also wondering about old accounts , if there compatible to the new turrets and hulls protections. seeing mine I find weak to others who are same ranks and experiences plus turrets and hulls . but for some odd reason mine is weaker to others and get destroyed more

not sure what is happening with in system .. first go to battles but end up getting turned back to reload battle links for choosing your own battles . then go and try again this time kicked from battles . then just now I get this , and battle kicks me but no indication or notice that I was removed , loading bar still loading .. this has been a on going issues these past weeks . and still can't chat with players unless I open new tab ..

Was in a game and suddenly couldnt do anything anymore . Logging in didnt work anymore ( error 2032 ) , restarting pc didnt help and neither opening in firefox instead of client doesnt work .

same issues sort of. was in a battle then this happened and it took too long to log back into system.. could not pick up drug box after two golds dropped with in a few seconds from each other and close by . there was only about 5 players in this battle.

interesting this time It's not my computer , which has been having issues for the past three weeks . once i up load my video will send it to both you and Nives to see what is happening from back then..

I can't catch any resources boxes sometimes. And it also keeps lagging. Everybody's not moving, some are spinning their turrets around. PING is at 30 and FPS is perfect, and then a lag like that. Then I get destroyed.  :angry:

yes today was with problems. 

i played in polygon map with 10/10 full players and suddenly tell me server go down, i was unable to enter in the game for around 15-20 min. When i enter this game in polygon map doesn`t existed anymore, was closed, probably everyone was having this problem, i think map stayed without players than closed... I play with google chrome. Its bad becouse i wanted to play exacly there but when this happened arena closed and impossible.
