Once in a while my ping will shoot up to 999 and I'll be a ghost tank, wandering around in a frozen map unable to do anything. Then suddenly everything comes back in fast-forward and I usually find myself blown up. I usually play in EN2 or RU4. It happens about once a day and I am usually forced to stop playing.

Our customer service had to stop refunding lost crystals. This was done to to a huge growth in the number of fake reports on lost funds. We are currently looking into the issue, doing our best to solve it. In the meantime, follow the advice and play shorter battles. I know it's a workaround, but it's the best thing you can do atm.

 

We are doing our best, believe me. Should get better soon.

Ok, you want information of what's been going on?

 

Well then... here it goes!

 

Allow me to explain in full detail :)

 

(and I mean in FULL detail  ;))

 

We all are in the middle of a battle, a decent battle too, high fund and everything..

 

Then the next thing that happens is this:

 

It makes some weird noises (not sure exactly what the noise is) then the next thing that happens that I (and I think that everyone else sees too) is that everyone is still in the battle, you can still move around and everything (like you would normally would do), but everyone else in that battle is not moving at all.. not moving their hulls at least. ( :huh:)  instead their turrets are just constantly turning and stuff.

 

Then moments after that occours, it simply just.. well.. goes off ._. and the only thing that I see then is just a black blank screen.. that's it, nothing else ._.

 

Now, the server that I find this problem happening on the most is server RU1 and sometimes server RU2 as well.. no other servers, just them two. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention EN2 sometimes has this "lag" problem as well.. but only rarely and sometimes.. but the lag problem and stuff happens mostly on RU1 + RU2.

 

It takes heaps load of refreshing to get back on the actual game, takes a good 5 minutes maxium (I think) to actually get back on the actual game and instead of putting us back into the battle that we got kicked out of to start with.. it instead loads us back into the lobby and says something like "the link of this battle is outdated" or something like that.

 

And whatever battle fund we made in that battle, (even if it's 10K+) we don't get nothing from it.. 0.. zilch :( all that time and effort into getting a decent fund like that was all for nothing.

 

This lag problem has been happening for weeks, hell.. maybe months now and it's so annoying and frustrating.

 

And I've experienced this problem many times.

 

Heck, I even experienced it 4 times yesterday alone in the space of 1 hour.. 1 hour! 3 games that I got kicked out of didn't really bother me because the fund wasn't really that high to be honest, or the game had barely started.

 

But one of the games that I unfairly got kicked out of yesterday was when I was in the middle of a very decent Courage XP/BP battle on RU1. I was on the winning team of a 16 flag limit game, the score was 8-8 and I was in 3rd place, the fund was 17K (or so) and I was only 100+ points behind the 2 people above me, so I was slowly reaching 1st place! and I'm sure we would have won, because at the start of the match, we were getting smashed 6-1.. but anyway.. that's not the point.

 

Then before I know it, the lag problem (that I explained above earlier) happened and in the end, none of us got a single crystal from the 17K+ fund ._. and I was so annoyed -____- very annoyed.

 

So yeah.. that's it. 

 

That's the "lag" problem that I've (and everyone else I think) have experienced this past month or so.

 

And the worst thing about it?

 

We haven't got a refund!

 

Not once! -.-

 

So Tanki, I plead with you.. like I've pleaded with no other game before.. if you could please.. please.. PLEASE sort out this issue ASAP, then.. well...

Server RU1 keeps crashing and saying under maintenance which ruins important battles with a high fund or goldbox falling etc.

Thanks for the answer, I see the point. But I think when this amount of players report the same issue, you should consider giving refund to everyone, even to some fake reports. Because taking away the cake from 5 people because a sixth is stealing a little bit every night is not fair, is it?

 

And another good idea: send a message to ALL of the EN community players, telling them to play on the EN servers. There should be a server like RU1 for EN community, where English-speaking people can play xp/bp without losing fund and with being able to communicate. Because EN servers are dead and we know that. So please.

It is some of the RU servers what lags and after the server crashes it will crash straight after  and will become all glitch. The En,DE servers are working fine. I think also as well the people who have played in a long battle and the server crashes they should have a refund as they did all of that for nothing and is a waste of time as well.

Yet, you dont think about people who have actually lost their crystals.

berlin map kunger map serp map etc its all maps when the servers are full. its a major problem that admin need to sort out very quickly. i was kicked out of berlin map 5 times lost all my mines not happy instead of bringing in new upgrades to the game scrap them and concentrate on this matter. it is a fatal flaw in the game.

well this lag issues are normal but it sucks when you get disconnected from the battle and all the hard work and fund get lost somewhere -_-

 

anyway i faced this issue in RU1,RU2 and RU3

suddenly everyone stops then you see revolving tanks and you get disconnected well it was not just me who got disconnected but everyone got disconnected who was in the battle(this happened like 3-4 times) after that i logged out of tanki

I know that I play tanki at afternoon when there are less players online in same server EN 3 OR EN 4 , and I observe daily that at afternoon my ping is normal around 60-90 but when I play at night the ping is OMG !!!! ITS JZT 999 so i jzt stopped playing at night but I thought that it was my internet problem so i jzt bared it but now when u asked us to give feedback then i came to know that its server problem....... Moral is that the severs which contain large no. of players are crashing...Which I noticed ....So I think U should work on it.

Nope, that's incorrect.

 

It would make Tankers very happy, (that's correct)

 

But it wouldn't help solve the lag issue in general..

 

Like, the annoying lag would still be there!
