Dears ,

 

lately i've been facing lot's of problem during gaming :

1- connection closed every 10-30 min.

2- high ping 

3- lags 

 

my system requirement is very high & my internet speed as well  > please check attachment .

further so i'm sure 100% that the problem not from my side 

 

So please find & solve the source of this issue .

Essentially, ping lag is the result of a bad connection between one or more of three components which make up the typical Tanki Online setup. They are:

1. The Client (Player using browser or flash player)
2. The Server (the hardware location that houses the software of the game- e.g, map data, weapon, hull, and paint data, server chat lobby, etc.)
3. Other Clients

"Lag", as it is referred to across much of the Internet, is the term given to discontinuities between servers and their data's destination, or shortages of data being supplied in a required time frame. In this game, lags are manifested in two occurrences, them being disconnections from the server, occasionally in the form of an automatic server-issued ejection from a battle (known as a 'foul play detected' message), and unrealistic tank actions, such as running into walls,spinning in circles for minutes at a time, and sporadic 'jumping' from one place to another (sometimes mistaken for attempts at hacking).

An easy way to determine if you have Ping lag is by looking at the counter in the bottom right corner of the screen. If the 'Ping' number is red, it means your internet connection isn't very stable. A higher ping indicates a worse connection, as it means there is a longer connection delay between the client and the server.

FPS Lag

FPS (frames-per-second) lag is different to Ping lag. The measure of frames-per-second indicates the frame rate which is visible while you are playing Tanki Online. Depending on your FPS, the game will either appear to run smoothly, or slowly with delayed/disjointed graphics. This is often the result of a lack of RAM or graphics processing power available to your computer. FPS lag is caused by a number of things:

1. Too many graphics settings are enabled.
2. You have too many programs open simultaneously.
3. Your computer doesn't have enough RAM (Random-access Memory).
4. Your computer has an inadequate graphics processing unit (GPU).

An easy way to determine if you have FPS lag is by looking at the counter in the bottom right corner of the screen. If the 'FPS' number is red, it means you have FPS lag. A higher FPS count will result in smoother, more responsive graphics.

My Problem, when someone joines... not just me... who ever present reports the lag issue in chat, this had taken place yesturday in EN4 montecarlo... he joined and suddenly me and one of my teammates self destructing when sniping..

My Problem, when someone joines... not just me... who ever present reports the lag issue in chat, this had taken place yesturday in EN4 montecarlo... he joined and suddenly me and one of my teammates self destructing when sniping..

Don't know about the first 2, but the FPS going low when gold drops is a common problem, and it's because of the pile of tanks that there ususally is on the drop zone.

It might be lag. It happens with other players too but not all.

Yes ... My and TNT often encounter this problem ..

 

The problem is You have to get destroyed one time  to start killing , pick up boxes , etc ..

 

Maybe its due to using Standalone Player ..

Eh...i have the worst problem than any other person playing TO. When gold box comes, all start battling....I went through the gold box about 2 or 3 times...but suddenly the notification comes that --name of player-- has taken the gold box...idk this happens only at gold time....when people are fighting for repair kit in poly dm, this does not happen.

Please...solve this problem as fast as possible. You have already snatched 8 gold boxes from me...i don't want another lost..

en 3 always lags in the middle of a battle

and en4 constantly lags so you screen freezes and then everything reoccurs again. So you could be driving around and then the next second, you screen freezes and then you somehow are dead

hello i have ping proplem when i enter battle the ping is fine when i start moving just moving it rises to 999 (im not downloading anything and wi-fi is closed ) hope u solve that soon it happen to all players from egypt (not just me) and i have question if i use hotspotshield (program that change ip that make me be close to servers) i will get banned or not? hope moderators or admins answer me

Is it just me or has this problem reduced by quite a bit. I still experience tiny lags here and there but atleast I'm not getting kicked out of battles like a months ago.

RU3 lagged badly on 2x fund....everyone refreshed but only 6 people were able to join back and rest were kicked, battle fund was 45k and the winning team got 10k crystals with only 1.5k score :O

There was a problem today. The loading screen remains visible throughout the battle and it is blocking my view, I have to refresh to remove it.
