This is not a professional reply. It must be addressed and removed by dev team as it is due to some malfunction in programming

Indeed it is a professional reply. It is due to lag, not a program bug. And the developers are trying to minimize lag in all aspects of the game. Please be patient and respect others, as is due.

I have noticed lately that often it takes a long time (up to ~30 seconds) for my friends list to open up while I am in a battle, and sometimes it occurs also while I am in the lobby, after I have left a battle. I have been using both the Steam version and the Tanki client.

Still a pretty reoccurring issue, but I am sort of coping with it, getting used to... :mellow:

its not the problem of tanki 90% problem is yours.. because if u had opened a page (anything) while playing tanki then 100% sure lag (atleasta bit lag) or your internet is bad ... if both are not then the website your playing is bad  :P  :P  :P  :P . (just kidding) , if both are not then tanki fault

Please do fix the issue of battles , as when i play battles , when the time is 1 second left then it stopps at 0 seconds (maybe someone have experience).. please do take care of this

I was playing a battle in Molotov map [CTF] and i was winning, but at the end the system didn't reward the winner team, all got 0 crystals.

Yep,been seeing fps drops every 5-10 minutes,and when i enter a battle.

So,is it my comp,or is it the game?

Also,i have to SD whenever i enter a battle because for some wierd reason turret shots do not register

please... please fix this nonsense. The client is unplayable and they happen every 30 seconds in the Standalone Flash or Browsers. Critical errors were no where near as bad or as frequent as these pop-ups. Mouse controls with Shaft are impossible; an instant disconnect as soon as you move the turret. Errors happen less frequent as I lower my graphics but I'd prefer not to because my PC is perfectly fine with high graphics.

 

The standalone Flash player is somewhat playable with 1 error every 5 minutes with reduced screen size and no deep shadows.

Recording videos from the game at full graphics on full screen is impossible. Progress on the youtube channel has stopped.

So far staff have been ignorant after I tell them I tried every possible platform to acces the game from. Tech support keeps telling me to reduce graphics and or screen size.

 

I'll list some signs that I think may have to do with these errors:

 

- The client will follow up with errors as soon as I enter a game.

- FPS drops from 60 to 30 as soon as I move the turret in full screen, there's no such thing in cropped size.

- Mouse controls cause an error instantly as soon as I move the turret.

- Errors happen even more when the map is crowded.

- Sometimes I can still play after the error but when I press F11 again the CP Icons, nicknames and flags are all over the place and the DISTORTED friend request comes up, which I think are unlimited amount of these error sounds. After a few seconds, the game windows just closes.

Since the merge of servers, I see a drop in my FPS and increase in my PING. Nothing major, it's slight.

Hey, please help me I tried everything to reduce lag in Tanki but nothing works. When I start playing Tanki it lags when I do my work on my pc it perform good I think the problem is in Tanki not in my pc cuz before server merging update,Tanki didn't lag much as this happening now and I play in Flash Player.

1) When a gold drops and I'm so close to getting it, I get PING 999 and lag out.

2) Friends list is always slow to load

3) I get low fps sometimes and high ping for a few seconds randomly in some battles.

4) The other day I bought something, it said I had it in my garage but I still had the same amount of crystals, then I went to another server and it was fixed.

:angry:Stupid game. admin I do not know what happened, but was playing normal in a very disputed battle and already had a 1400 points a battle funds near 30.000 or more and suddenly pops up error. I leave the error open and open another page of the standalone Flash Player on the same server I was and when I enter the game I am already out of battle. No apologies for what happened or that I was removed from the battle. I didn't take 30 seconds to renew the page to come back again in battle and yet they removed me from the map. I think that's a robbery since there's no explanation for what happened. It's three times that happens to me, but this time I got mad because I was going to get a good amount of crystals.

How do I get what and it's due to that battle.

I'm beginning to think it's persecution to Portugal. Already in purchasing crystals or something else gives error when opening the payment page. Must be the same for all players

 

Now that I've seen it well, the server has been closed. Then it was your mistake. For I was the only Portuguese inside the map that was playing.  really 

There's no problem with my network. And if it were my net the error would say it was connection error

Just got kicked from a 2 hour polygon battle after investing so much time and effort in it, and never got any crystal reward for that.

 

Devs: Find a dustbin close to you and jump into it as soon as possible, because thats where you belong.

But it's annoying to be in a long battle and get out of the game. The other times that it happened, I've always come back to battle, but this time I didn't come back. That's why I came to the forum to talk.

They are unbearable as they sometimes happen 762917 times after eachother with a very loud and distorted battle request pop-up sound.  The client is totally unplayable lol, I'm currently using Firefox with atleast 1 error every 2 minutes.

 

Why did they got rid of the fatal errors and added these massive amounts of friend request errors in place? Is there some way to get back the fatal errors? I currently see Flash Player as the main cause of these things so error-free is impossible until the HTML5 migration (I hope) but perhaps I can get the fatal error system back somehow, because that was waaaaaaaayyy more reliable than this stuff.

I wish I did. What I do know is that I'm using Adobe Standalone Flash  player version 13, and I rarely have a battle error.

Thanks for responding, I got a version 13 of Flash player somewhere but it's from 2014 so pretty old.

Unfortunately more and more errors appear as I start using it so I had to get rid of it.

 

It seems like not everyone has so much errors as I do.. I've been trying to figure this out ever since they started doing these pop-up errors.

I checked everything from my connection, to graphic settings and browser + flash settings.

 

There is just one thing that affects these errors, and that is full screen mode and graphic settings in Tanki Online, the trail ends there.

Do you know when they will migrate the game to HTML5? Because I've set high hopes for that update regarding all these issues. It seems like the only fix for me.

It might have something to do with either the mouse controls or full screen mode, since I use neither.

I don't know when the game will change to HTML, but in one of the latest VLOGs, at least they mentioned that they were close to finalizing it.

I've been getting the same errors, so you are not alone.

These errors for me started coming when they implemented the clan chat (correlation, I'm not claiming causation).

For the 3 to 4 months I played before that, I hadn't got a single of these errors.

 

Also, my guess is that HTML5 + Matchmaking will be implemented by August, because they increased the mission chain rewards till that time period.

 

They are hoping that these 2 new features will bring back the players who have left, and to make sure that no more players leave until these get implemented, they have increased the rewards.
