I read the comic. You can except this to be epic. I'm surprised someone watch Walking Dead here.

Show runner scott gimple had once stated that the TV show has enough material to go its own path. So its not necessary that Glenn will be killed off. There are a lot of things that happened in the comics that haven't happened in the TV show. Also, many are speculating that Glenn will be replaced by Daryl, since Jesus has come to replace him :3

This season or most likely next week some one really important will be killed by negan and his bat named Lucille in-front of the entire group, Glen or Daryl or Abraham are the most likely candidates, Maggie could also be one or Glenn could volunteer to take her place remember during Terminus tub scene Glenn almost got hit on the back of his head by a bat, that can be a foreshadowing plus he saw those pics last episode.

 

Or it could be Daryl, remember that coffin scene with maggie's little sister where Daryl was lying on it after the fall of the Prison.
