issues posting again missing posting screen

what is going on everyday issues

 

this time missing bottom section to post ..its fixed now but every day issues and its not my computer..

I'm having some issues too, it occasionally tells me I 'don't have permission to reply to this topic'. This just started yesterday, what is going on?
