I thought that his power might not come from the paint.. It might be a simple non-protective paint, and his tank would be the modified item, with an awesome high amount of health. Why? Because his tank doesn't Freeze or Burn, and we think that he's not immune to mines. If that was the case, a few mines would be enough to kill him, but it's not the case. 

 

The only thing that makes my theory wrong is that when he uses a First Aid, it lasts normally.. While if he really had a lot of health, it would take ages to fill the bar.

He could be controlled by anyone in tanki online team, its a special tank

1st of all he CAN GET Freeze and burn its because when have a high protations form those two weapons the effect dont come on the same time, dont believe try makeing an M0 freeze a 50% paint freeze and see what happen THE ONLY WAY TO BEAT HIM IS TO EVERY USE THE SAME WEAPON AND GUESS WHO GO DOWN
