Critical shots: 5

Total damage done: 34.5x54 + 189.5x5 = 2810.5

Health of M3 mammoth: 379.7

 

using algebraic expression,

let y be the % of the paint,

2810.5 x (100% - y) = 379.7

2810.5 - 2810.5 y = 379.7

-2810.5 y = 379.7 - 2810.5

2810.5 y = 2430.8

y = 2430.8 / 2810.5

y = 0.864899...

 

so the paint of @Godmode_ON is 88%!! not 66% or 99% <_<

 

 

 

After seeing your post, I agree quite much, but the damage cause by smokies aren't always the same. They causes different damage base on their luck, so I would prefer an estimated number rather than a precise number, because a precise number is not always precise ( A point that the answer can't be really proved ).

 

And also, critical hits are random. Damage caused by critical hits are huge. However, not every test results in the same result. Critical hits may occur at any time and causing a different damage.

 

Therefore, I would say the protection of Godmode's paint is about 85-90% to each weapon.
