ATanki commentator swore

Hi,

 

Yesterday, I was watching the Tanki Spring Showdown stream and I heard one of the commentator swear, it was the female commentator.

Was it just me because I heard others saying that she swore as well  (the live youtube chat).

I am surprised no consequences were given because I am guessing thousands of young children were watching last evening. And to make it worse, the commentator just laughed and did not even apologise.

Swearing is against the rules and I have seen some people banned for a long time for swearing and just remember hundreds of young kids were watching.

Hello. As said above, all complaints related to specific Helpers must be forwarded to their associated Administrator. Making public accusements won't resolve anything and will most probably be ignored.

We're really sorry about that. It was a minor slip of the tongue. And since that was a guest and not a trained commentator, that slip out just managed to get picked up on the microphone. For that all my apologies.

 

Our official commentators are well versed into the proper linguistic approach when commentating, you won't have to worry about them ever doing that. Guests are different. We go through a long process of selecting them, and preparing them for that, but as is the case even on national TV at times, slip up happens.

 

We'll try to be more careful about this in future. Thank you so much for raising the issue.

Ok.... I think you are overanalyzing this. Not that big deal if she did, or did not swer. it can't have been much anyway. I personally did not notice she was swering, i might have missed it. But the point is that it was so little that there is no reason to make this a big deal. This topic should be closed, and we should focus on more important things.

it was not just her ..he also did a number of times and they took it as a joke.

 

.i'm sorry Alien Snail but they should respect the rules ..you stresses it out on us so many times ..in my books they should be removed and get someone who can respect the rules along with speaking English clear ...
