Hi , My name is kajano2003 in game , My friend has lost password and email , roberty_the_cool , is a godd friend, Help me administrator for get my friend account , I and my friend lost password , If not me think know what it has bought : Firebird M1 , Smoky M1 , Mamounth M1 and paint Mary , rank is warrant officer 3 , Help me for playng from again ,

Since she / he is unable to enter into her / his e-mail and into the game, first an e-mail password should be recovered.

 

Recovering the password of an e-mail account using the means provided by  email company. If that is not giving results,she / he should try this:

 

If an e-mail password is forgotten and she / he is unable to recover it, she / he needs to register a new email address and contact help@tankionline.com from it. Once it is proven that the account is owned by she / he, customer support specialists will link account to the new e-mail.

After the successful account linking to new e-mail address she / he can get game password at some of this two ways:

 

1. There is a "Forgot Password?" button where player logs in, just click on it and type email address (new one - linked). Open the link in your email to recover it.

 

2. She / he needs to send an email to help@tankionline.com and to explain that password is forgotten. After making sure the account is her / his, they will set a new password.
