How to get the poll back after closing the news window?

The thing is about short in-game polls/surveys that ask for player's opinions/impressions/habits after events or just to improve the game. These short polls sometimes appear after logging in and once you close the news window without clicking the "poll" link, you loose the access forever! Or maybe there is a way to find it somewhere? Please, help!

I think the only part that changes is the rank and the username in the URL. You can log into another account and take the URL there and edit the info, or just email help@tankionline.com and explain your problem.

There are no ways to get that poll open again. Next time, please pay extra attention to the in-game notifications you get.

 

PS Opening the game with an alternative account most likely won't help. This is due to the fact that these polls are targeted to specific players based on their rank, experience, equipment owned and the way they play TO.
