Hi guys on my noob id @ASIFMEHM00D i wanted to buy m1 isida and m1 wasp kit but now i have almost 18k need 1.5 half k to buy it but now it is gone from my garrage

Kits recycle after a fixed period. It'll be back soon. Just wait. ;)

The kits stay for a period of time, which is shown in the kit it self, Till that time it stays in your garage, but once that time is over it will be changed and other kits will have their chance to be in the garage, once the cycle keeps rotating, the kit you will need will be back within weeks, but you will have to wait for it. Also kits disappear when your rank is high for those kits and when you own 50% of the items of that kit in your garage.

For example, my kits in garage right now are valid for 2 days and 17 hours, after that it will be replaced with someother kits

Every kit has a time limit, and when the timer is up, the kit is removed and possibly another different one enters the garage. In short, the developers rotate kits.
