Moderators for Chat Violations

Not sure if someone has made topic like this.

My idea is that there should be staff place for looking whats happening on Chat Violations - I know that Chat moderators are doing it, but last few weeks they are doing quiet slow - not saying its bad, but with Moderators who would only look on this section it would work faster and reported players couldn't insult others till they get unbanned, but sadly they can do it now, because reports are done slowly.

Like Game Violations have their own Moderators

There is a limited number of moderators available and their work for banning violators is purely voluntary, so the administration can't force them to be online more often or to work faster. If you are suggesting that the administration appoints more moderators, then unfortunately that can't happen so easily because not many players are fit to do the job. Chat moderation is a huge responsibility, so only the most mature people can be appointed. Lowering the applicant standards to get more candidates could prove disastrous in the long run if some of these moderators end up abusing powers (which won't happen if the application process is strict). 

 

The current chat moderators are doing their best to work quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately they do have their limits, so please be patient.
