This concept is not new many game have it, but Tanki Online doesn't. There should be a option of Quick Chat and it is actually a important need when players are under a chat ban (more frequent because of bot reports) . Players should be given a chance to chose between Free Chat (current form of chat available in Tanki) and Quick Chat (My Idea).

What is a Quick Chat ?

It is a type of chat that allows user to  send messages based on predetermined message templates. Players under a chat ban will only be able to communicate using the quick chat option. Playing in team based modes requires communication for strategic purposes and Tanki is mostly a team based game. So we cannot take full access of chat from players who wrote some offensive thing which lead them a ban, instead we can limit their freedom of accessing free chat and giving them quick chat. (This will also help players from getting frustrated because of frequent chat ban)

We can make somewhat similar quick chat which was introduced in a viral game. (I am not mentioning the name of it)

 

Taking inspiration from it we can Quick chat in 2 level i.e. Category and then predetermined chat templates of that particular category.

It will also help in speed communication , so players will be able to focus more on game rather than spending their time on their keyboard writing sentences. Each second in a game is important. It'll be lot easier to tell teammates that opponent Jugg is low , somebody is approaching our flag, come with me , I need a cover, also we can add a statement which will make us able to tell that I am banned for this much period.

This feature was already suggested many times before, but I agree it would be a  very useful one and It is a real pity it has not been implemenented as of yet.

Yeah Developers should focus on more Quality of Life changes rather than making baseless events like Arcade which failed miserably. I hope they will give some kind of compensation for the failure of Arcade event.
