There is a kungur ctf 10 vs 10. The red team has 1 member and a few standard players and then noobs. The blue team has 1 pro 9 noobs. The red team win 7-4 and has 600 xp as leader. 550 xp as 2nd place and 500 as 3rd.

The blue team has the leader at 650 xp and the 2nd place 300 xp and 3rd place 200xp.

 

Why should the leader of red team get 573 crystals and leader of blue team get 289 crystals which is the same ammount of crystals as the 6th place in red team with 200 xp

Errmm.... XP determines the placings of team. More XP=More crystals=Higher placing. 

I think you meant XP based off both teams.
