I now have 4 emails that direct me to mini-clip when I try to "link". I changed the mini-clip.com to tankionline.com and it keeps coming up "404 not found". Please tell me there is a simple direct way that I can e-mail someone in your company to get this game linked. This is incredibly frustrating.

Regarding email accounts, yes, good idea. However, note that most children do not have email accounts. Parents may be able to set up, but the email providers generally actively delete accounts of children when they confirm they are under 13 years of age.

Please make sure the spam filter in your email settings are not at cause.  Also use copy paste instead of typing it in just to ensure you put in the exact email address of the one you're verifying.  If that still doesn't work out, then feel free to send us an email on help@tankionline.com and we'll be glad to help.

Parents need to be responsible for that and not just make a new email and dump it on their kids and expect the internet will treat their 13 yr olds with love.  Well, it might in certain cases, but not the kind of love we'd want for our kids.

 

Tips:  Make an email for the kids games, but don't give them direct access to it.  Whenever they need the email for anything, they can let you know and you can complete the task.  Its actually not that bad of a thing since you can use that against them lil monsters every now and then to get them to do things around, like cleaning up, brushing their teeth etc....  :D

i entered my email and clicked the link that was sent to the email.i got crystals but again a pop up comes and says that i have not linked my email.Plz fix this bug soon.or i shall use it to earn crysrals(just kidding)

I just copy link and then past in browser... then I enter in game, there I write username and password, then I enter in game, but didnt get any cry or any nofiticion that I doit sucesfull? What I did rong?

I'd love it if blocking them just made you never see a single post from them again.

On the forum it's less annoying than in-game.

Say someone is spamming "lol" or something that can be typed really fast, making the message "This player is on your blacklist, the message is hidden" worse than just "lol".

In other words: Blocking is pointless and makes matters worse.
