Follow this steps and see if it works. 1) go to your account and then go to setting, 2) click on "change email and password", 3) and then close your tanki account, 4) go to your email and you will see a email from tanki to change password/email, 5) go to that email, you will have a link to click on to change password, so instead of clicking on the link, just copy it and paste that link in new Tab. However your tanki account must be closed, before entering that change password/email link.
