confirming e-mail

Hey guys, today tanki said I didn't confirm my e-mail, but i have a green check mark next too my username. I also got a confirmation link today, opened it, and it still says that I haven't confirmed it, thought I have a green check mark. This was the tanki was giving me bonus crystals, but it said that I hadn't confirmed my e-mail adress yet.

The green check mark shows either the email you entered is a valid email

Go to this site, this explains how to link your account to a email address if you haven't done it.

With the new update, It pops up a screen asking you to insert your email to link it. Once to write you email, a message will be sent to your email which you submitted, by pressing the link in the message, you can confirm your account. Once you confirm you get 1000 crystals.

Once you have successfully confirmed email, a message will appear that you have confirmed and in you setting under Account title it shows like this :

*NOTE*- Reward is for only those who haven't linked the account yet

Yes, I have a green check mark next to my e-mail address, clicked on the link that tanki gave me, and waited for that page to load. However, I haven't gotten the window that confirmed that my e-mail address was confirmed. Is it something that I did wrong? Or is it just a glitch? Also, someone recommended me e-mail tanki support, and I did, but then got the message saying that it was not deleivered, so I couldn't contact them about this.

Did you started Tanki from offical site www.tankionline.com or from miniclip?

IF not, to be more specific, please post a screenshot of what you are facing,so we can undestand it well :)

Alright, try this option. This must fix your case!

 

The link you recieve look something like this → http://www.miniclip.com/games/tanki-online/en/#emailconfirmHash=xxxxxxxxxx

 

You just have to replace http://www.miniclip.com/games/tanki-online/en/ with http://tankionline.com/lucky-en.html

 

Then the link will look like this http://tankionline.com/lucky-en.html#emailxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

Note: If your link is expired just generate another one :)
