Since gold box drops turns team mates into enemies I think we should be able to kill team mates while gold is dropping. Another idea would be to divide the gold with the team that catches it.

If every one was honest, decent and moral, then being able to shoot ones team mates, blue on blue would be fair.  This would only ever occur as an accident and teams would need to exercise greater care when firing, just as in real life.  However, Multing is bad enough as it is don't you think ! or ?  Just allowing for gold box, are you that desperate? :lol:

If there is such a thing as maps that allow friendly fire they aren't labeled as such. Until you can show me one I won't believe they exist.

you can make them with pro-battle pass - but mentioning that - players in your team will sabotage and you will want to leave battle before it even started

No, I want it to be more FAIR. Haven't you ever had a team mate push you out of the way and cause you to lose it? If not then you're the one doing the pushing and you don't want any one preventing you from catching gold. You're the one that wants it easier.

Then we're expected to be team mates again when it's done? Makes it a little hard to respect people that are so gold hungry they throw team work down the drain.

I have retaliated, very rarely, after being pushed off a box of supplies or over a ledge deliberately, the latter, I will go to longer lengths to extract revenge.  I guess, If I had the option for friendly fire I might have blasted them into oblivion at the first opportunity.  Most players allow others to take a box if someone is there first but their are plenty that wont.  It is annoying but on the whole I just get on with it, life is too short.  As for Gold boxes I rarely see them and since returning only have 2.  I don't go around looking for them longingly but will search of course, when the hooter goes off.  Sometimes I just get on with the game and take a flag or something.  If I see a scrum, well its pointless, really.

Killing teammates should never be encouraged. Just because your teammate is standing under the gold box, it doesn't mean that you need to push him, flip him or kill him. Friendly fire in battles (it has been removed from the game recently) was only available to give players a challenge because it became more difficult to shoot without hitting teammates. Having friendly fire on does not mean that killing teammates is OK.

 

Team-killing has always been a violation of rules that you can get banned for, therefore developers will definitely not add something that will encourage it even more. If your teammate is standing under the gold - have some decency and self-respect and let them take it.
