In my opinion, I think payment wall should be removed because it's inconvenience for tankers to buy crystals.

My recent account got blocked from buying crystals and it pissed me off. Payment Wall should be removed because it's not allowing players to buy crystals! You get blocked for no reason. My recent account got blocked for no reason, I bought $60 US and I received my crystals but then later on, I lost my crystals and my money was refunded to my card and then I got blocked from buying crystals. What's the reason? I don't know. It's just that many people are getting blocked for the stupidest reasons. There are tankers that want to buy crystals and they can't because they've been blocked for no reason. I've been blocked for basically 2 months now and I can't buy crystals. I try using PayPal but that also sometimes has it's own issues.

If there were tankers that played back in 2012-2014, you'd all remember XSOLLA. It was a good payment method but sometimes you'd have the issues.  But Payment Wall, It's just annoying.

I honestly want all of your opinion of what you think about this POLL.

*I tried to explain myself in the most reasoning way, if you don't understand my point, it's just that payment wall should be remove because it's causing inconvenience for tankers to buy crystals and you get blocked for no reason.

Here's a simpler way to buy crystals and you can't get blocked. Use the gift card method to buy crystals. Its simple and just as easy as using a creddit/debit card to buy

That's why there should be a NEW method. When I said XSOLLA, it was a flashback of how we used to buy crystals then.

Payment wall just has extra security measures, it usually blocks you automatically if you have a suspicious ip address or logging on at a different location

 

I hate it as well but that's not a strong enough reason for tanki to remove it, payment wall needs to relieve its security measures but its the company's decision and not tanki.

 

Easiest way to unblock it is just to email them and send them a digital copy of your id or passport, don't use a vpn or proxy and always pay consistently from one location

They allow PayPal because it is a straight-up cash transaction.

I've had a similar thing happen to me. My bank thought my Tanki purchases on my debit card were suspicious, so I gave them a call back and told them that it was me making the purchases and that I've bought stuff from Tanki before with no problem. Just talk to your bank. It is a big hassle, I'm not gonna lie, but at the same time, I'm glad they have these security measures to protect my money.

I believe the credit card companies might be mucking around.  I was going to buy 2 max amounts (its a pain their is a maximum limit).  the first went in OK after a lot of messing around.  The second one did not.  One day later received a call from credit card company wanting to know all the usual details and all about this Tanki thing.  I do not know if it was good security or are they mucking about because it is a Russian company, all be it, operating from else where.  I hope that it is not the start of political meddling.

Same here. I used to pay with paysafecard but after a while that i took a small break from tanki and i returned i was all blocked for no reason. I mean cmon guys. I already used one of your payment methods several times but after a while something is "suspecious" and u block me out for no reason??? I dont know what's wrong maybe my point of view is wrong but as a player i find it strange that this happens. It's a payment platform. It's supposed to help me donate to the game not block me and make my life hard when i try to buy crystals. So i think tanki should do something about that. Don't know what but they must take action eventually.

Okay, I recently got unblocked. I followed the steps they asked me to do and I also told them my ID # for their company. It's pretty easy once you go ahead and try to get unblocked. Just email them.
