My account thyme12345 is kind of hacked. A (not friend anymore of my) changed the password and email. I can show that its my acc. I have lot of evidence its mine. Is there any possible way to get my acc back

Contact help@tankionline.com and/or tell his parents (best to do both) also next time don't write your password if that's how he got onto your account remember your password next time

Thanks i already send an email but i didn't receive an answer yet. But I just found this http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=163835 so when i won't get an email back i will send an other one and if all that isn't gonna work i will go to his parents

Sound like you shared your account with your friend :wub:, you need to be really careful with this, because 'sharing, exchanging, asking for password isn't allowed as per the game rules. It may result in forever block. If you are unsure, I will highly recommend to you read the rules!.

I didn't share it. We live in the same place so i was going to him to play tanki tofether and when i filled in my password on my computer he watched it. I didn't know

If you have sent them the email, all you must have is Patience now. Wait for the reply, their reply depends on the workload they face. So it's a good decision that NOT to send several emails, this will take more time!
