Alternative Editor library not uploading.

This error always pops up when I try to upload the library on Alternative Editor: User_Name/Downloads/TanksTestingTool_&_3th_Library/TanksTestingTool%20&%203th%20Library/library/terrain/rockgras.jpg

 

This repeats for most of the files. Please help, I really want to make maps, but I don't have enough tiles and stuff because of this error. I have attached a screenshot to help.

 

I am using windows 10 on a Dell laptop. I have the latest Java downloaded. I have Adobe Flash Player installed. I don't have much space used up.
