I have been emailing help@tankionline.com and all i get is this message that doesn't help me:

This is the second day,and i emailed it to them 27 hours ago.

What is your main acc... 

Are you using it from the starting or you trade.. Cuz trading is forbidden.. 

If they find it they might block the acc or not give it to you..

My main account is this account.And kamoplaj is made by me.I made that account 2-4 days ago.Maybe only 3 days but no,I didn't trade it.

The Help And Support team of tank is busy always as it has a lot of request to return accounts/crystals. In your case all you need to do is wait for 48 hours. If they don't contact you back mail them once more. But don't hurry ;)

They should get back to you in around 24 hours after you send the message... But make sure you don't send many emails of the same problem:/ they will send you a list of questions which you will have to answer, and if they find out that you are the real owner, they will send you the pass ;) in the future, make sure you link your account to an email, or link it to Facebook, so then you can enter through Facebook without the need of remembering your TO password ;)

It took them 2 weeks to solve my problem , So you have to wait , Sending an Email to them again is pointless they'll merge all of your Emails then you'll get a late Reply .
