Can't recover my account through E-mail

I have problem.

I didn't play Tanki Online for a long time. I remembered password of only 2 of my 4 accounts. I wanted to recover them through E-mails. I put E-mail there. I was looking for e-mail for more than 2 months. But it hasn't come still. E-mail isn't in spam list and Not in deleted list even. When i want to recover again even 2 months later, it says: "The Letter with instructions was sent to your e-mail address". Can someone help me with this problem? No one hasn't played in this account at this time.

Contact help@tankionline.com with any of the e-mail accounts you have and explain the problem, and verify yourself as the real owner of all the accounts.Once they get that you are the real owner of the account they will take necessary steps to recover your account!

That is message what i sent 2 months ago to them. Should I resend message? I proved myself as a real owner. and no answer came

If it's two months old. Yes resend them a new message today itself. Due to heavy work and lots of problems sometimes that happens. It's normal as human are working ;)
