Like Quota

Ok, so the downvote was removed due to negativity being spread, so why is there a quota for spreading positivity? I'm not understanding this. I use like to show a +1 to posts without wasting a whole post to just say '+1.' It's really frustrating, please remove the quota, it's annoying.

The quota for positive votes exists so that the votes have some meaning. Developers expect you to "like" only thing you find really good or statements you really agree with, not just throw your likes away on any random thing you come across.

But what about people who use the Forum a lot, 50 isn't enough, sometimes I Like instead of wasting a post to say something.

50 like votes per day is way too many.  In one month I would not normally vote likes 50 times.
