Well, I guess this is it. I'm saying sayonara. Asta lavista ('scuse the spelling). Good bye. In other, more simple words, I'm leaving.

 

When I say I'm leaving, what I mean by that is that I'm leaving the forum. I have realised recently that I am addicted to it. In some ways, this isn't surprising. My great-grandfather, after being one of the best lawyers in the city I live in, was reduced to a drunk from an addiction. Both his son and my father have similar addictive tendencies (don't get me wrong, both my grandfather and my father are amazing people, and they aren't addicted to anything). So the fact that I can just keep on coming back, is probably a not such a surprise. 

However, with the realisation that I was somewhat addicted to Tanki, came the evident realisation of the things that have been going down hill in my life. The four obvious things that come to my mind when I think of this is my relationship with my parents, my schoolwork, my other hobbies and time management, and last but definitely not least (probably most important TBH), my relationship with God. 

 

I will probably miss it a bit. There was a lot of good stuff on the forum. But then again, that's another reason for me leaving. I have somewhat found the forum topics lacking in interest. I wonder if that also comes with the addiction, or if the quality of the topics and comments have actually decreased, but I am no longer enjoying it as much as I used to. 

 

There will be only two topics that I will be posting on, and that will be My creativity topic and The TCG page (Do you like that cheeky bit of advertising? :P). So sorry Yisroel, there'll be no more spam on your Feelings and moments page.  :P

 

Finally, and I guess most importantly, I'd like to thank some people who were awesome. I won't put comments beside your names, for I either have you on skype or will have already told you why or how you're great.

I'd like to thank everyone from NS. You guys have been great and I hope you succeed and go far. Also, the people who were in the TWG, that was a hard time, but a good time. I learnt a lot from leading you guys, and from going through the challenges that we faced. 

 

Finally, I would like to thank the admin and mods. You guys have been really helpful in all that you do, and have had comprehensive answers for every problem or question I have taken to you. Just a few names to throw out, though there are obviously others, these were the few that I would give 10/10 to.

 

@Issho_Fujitora, @Lhamster, @falcosenna1, and finally @TriNitroToIuene.

 

It has been an amazing time on tanki, and I will remember many great times spent on here.

 

 

 

Final note to all:

I shall still be on skype, and I will be in game a very small amount, but I shall be cutting down my usage of that as well.

As much as it will suck not having you on the forum anymore, I know we will still keep in close contact via Skype.

 

It's a wise decision to leave, especially when it is coming between your relationships with family, friends and God. (I know this doesn't get in the way of the ladies though ;) ;) ;) )

Actually, my name came from one of the strangest places. When I first joined Tank trouble (Yes, tank trouble (way better game then tanki)) I thought, 'Well, I'm a person, so person.' And then I thought 'but person by itself sounds boring. I think I'll add ia on the end to make it sound better!' And thus, personia was born!
