I've heard of this idea many times but finally someone suggested it in this subforum, lol. Hope it gets implemented but since 'Summer' and 'Winter' are both seasons, I don't think 'rain' fits in very well, maybe 'Monsoon'?

Great ideas... for a different game. Tanki is not this kind of game. Tanki X is. Rain is a nice idea, but weather should be purely graphical.

Hello, 

 

It could be interesting if new climate is added to the game. A rain theme can make a battle bit more interesting. 

 

water stagnant are seen on the ground where, driving over it leads to drift. 

 

                                                               (or)

 

It may lead to lag.. so, it can be enable in settings and it a automatic system..

 

After 2 battles or 3.. or random like gold box.. when rain occurs it gives Double the fund on that particular battle.

Rain in games is usually just a nuisance. It either requires many hours of development in order to make it realistic and non-intrusive (which is done only by top-tier games), or it's cheap and low quality, which results in it being annoying and ugly. IMHO, this tanki doesn't need rain.

It needs:

 

Snow...ice...hail storms...sleet...deep snow...drifting snow

 

Rain...thunder...lightning...hurricanes...cyclones...wind, lots of wind...mud...mud puddles

 

Heat...hot enough to soften asphalt...fry eggs on cement (breakfast anyone?)...makes the crew delirious

 

Battles weren't delayed or cancelled because of inclement weather.

Because TX uses a much more advanced game engine which allows implementation of more realistic/complex visual effects without requiring too much work and without putting as much strain on the server.
