It's not funny when one's birthday is April 1st and gets 2 gold boxes hacked away from him and wins just 1 gold box not hacked away but gets 'rewarded" with being blown up by the box.

That to me is the opposite of a birthday gift...

 

Why do you think it was a birthday event? So, you should not have expected that.

I think it was a fun. Even though I did not like the MonsterKills, I got 5 or 6 alone, and killed by even more. But there were a lot 1K golds, and several came with 2 additional.

I saw several people getting PA, some full supply and even 2 immortality. I saw only 2 coming with 5000 cry (luckily I got one of them), but no any bigger.

 

I think this was a fun. Really genuine idea from the developers. I hope there was nobody fool enogh creating a battle with no Gold allowed ;)  

I look forward to the Fool's Day next year.

This was a great celebration I think :). 5 times dropping rate for golds on all maps (compared to halloween which was just on the halloween map). And it was cool how there were different types of golds, so even if you didn't catch any, it was still interesting to see what type of gold it was when someone caught it.

Also the micro upgrade sale was good, to be able to get the first few microupgrades at a really good discount.

Great event. I enjoyed it. Hacked golds were best, not just because of the amount of crystals, but because of 3-in-1. I wonder if this could stay in game forever.  :ph34r:  But golds will probably stay like they always were - 1k :D

It's not giving away when the tanker fights for the gold box.

But if the tanker using hacking and/or sabotaging to do so, then it's theft.

Either way, Tanki is not giving away the gold boxes to any specfic tankers without the tankers earning them or stealing them.

(using purchased supplies is not stealing)

I very much agree with you. Your attitude on the topic is what we need more of in Tanki.  :)
