So in the recent episode of the Vlog they said they were going to add new supplies.

I was just a bit curious to know what would happen with the one where you fly around when a gold would drop?

couldn't you just fly up and get before everyone else???

Trust me, he watched it, and trust me, they ain't coming out. Half of those supplies were from old joke supplies they put at the end of the V-LOGs

Yes, I did watch it.

 

The VLOG isn't a super serious legal document or press release- there's nothing saying that they can't play pranks or make jokes in it. Developers are human too, they likely just wanted to have some fun on April Fool's day like a lot of other people.

Hey guys. Just posting this to see the tankers opinion on the new supplies heard about on the most recent v-log.

Is it an april fools prank?

is it real?

If it was real, how would it impact gameplay?

The idea for new supplies is simply absolute rubbish! I am very sorry, I know how you guys trying to think out side of the box to reverse Tanki diminishing attendance but these new supplies are just dreadful for the game. Small changes at a time, introduces one by one. I have just reinvested in the game, it seems a complete waste of money.

 

You best approach is tackling MULT sabotage players, break up CLAN and raiding parties within the normal game. All CLAN players should be tagged only two per normal game. The same should apply to people playing from the same IP address. This is what is turning players off Tanki. Get a grip of the real problems instead of making it worse and creating more.

 

The basic fundamentals of Tanki are very sound.

I shake my head in total disbelieve very poor, shocking Thumbs down :( :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: !

 

The gold box idea for April 1 was very good and seemingly enjoyed by many. perhaps the new supplies is an April Fool Joke, I hope so!

I think this supplies will not be released i! It's a fool because how will it be whit the gold boxes that will be unfair and weird... So i don't really think that flying will work...But the one that makes you every object is great even if i think that will not really be a good idea... If you think about it, this would be near impossible to implement into the game for the developers. Why?

 

1. Flight

    The flying supply would counter-act the anti-fly system, as it already does in the map Madness, when you jump down (For those of you who don't know, sometimes, in the map Madness, the TO system will "detect" a flying tank, and cause it to self-destruct because it thinks it's using a fly-hack). It also would not work, because the "Q" and "E" keys are already in use to adjust your camera angle. 

 

2. Colossus

    The tank will not fit in some maps, and will render you unable to move. If TO were to truly implement this into the game, this would not be one of the supplies to make it into the game. And, this supply would defeat the purpose of parkour contests, because you would be able to stack 6 tanks and be able to reach the top of the tallest tower, in Rio.

 

3. Ant

    This would not work, due to snipers being able to do even more ridiculous things, including sniping from a usually unreachable spot, and hiding behind pipes. Additionally, if you were in a tight spot while using Ant, and entered a small corridor, you would not be able to exit. 

 

4. Phantom

    AI (Artificial Intelligence) would not be able to follow a human player's movements. Also, it would be extremely easy to find which one were which: Jump on top of them. Most tankers would jerk around and attempt to move you off.

 

5. Metal-morphosis

   I can think of only one problem: the so-called "billboard bug". This should not happen, anytime, anywhere. In fact, when they showed it, it was red in every spot, including the one that it is usually in at Kungur. 

 

 

So, TO has influenced me to think that they're simply pulling a prank on us. Don't get too happy, it might not happen! Plus, the date it was "released" was Apr. 1st.

 

 

 

 

EDIT: On second thought, I can think of two more problems for Metal-Morphosis: If you miss, let's just say that you're pretty much dead... 2nd, it would be possible to block a whole pathway, which is completely over-powered if you were a flag-carrier's assistant

that is one hell of a prank guys  considering most of those power ups were part of the cartoon things at the end of vlogs a while back i m pretty sure semyon said they will not come into battle but . it would ruin the whole setup and people will find a way to hack with em but if they were to come into the game then call it
