The way I see it, you could just have a bit of fun with the contest, show off some cool moves, and possibly get a few days of Premium in the process. No harm done with that, right?

 

But obviously I understand if you're not interested in the contest. Don't worry, we're always thinking of new, fun stuff to roll out :)

Shooting a video of catching an Invincibility Gold or Explosive Gold, while every other tanker is trying to grill, freeze or punch a hole through you isn't an easy feat, so this was a tough contest. But, we have our 5 winners!

Only two got them. Contra flipped though. 
 

Why is the #1, #1 then? (It was an epic catch though but it didn't qualify according to the ^ quote).

"Invisibility Gold Box" or "Monster Kill Gold Box" were the only ones accepted for this contest.

Winners were picked based on the above definition and also on video montage, music, quality, originality and related.

 

The results you see come from a deep evaluation of all entries made by our CM and all videos picked respected the standards above.

Being able to lose yet keep a mature behaviour is not easy — losing or winning will not give you the authorization to criticize other participants. Everyone should be proud of his own work and not criticize others just because they won.

 

TO accepted all users and all users had the same right and chances to win, from the lowest ranked participants to the highest ranked ones, those with Premium and those without — EVERYONE had the same chances.

Also, on a final note, all sent entries were checked, do not make random and unfounded accusations.

If you want to complain do it with the appropriate tones and manners and with respect first.

1. If you want to complain about your loss or for an error in evaluation, contact @Cedric Debono in PMs since he is the one in charge of complaints
2. You probably missed to view all the 5 winners' videos, since all of them took either an "Invincibility" Gold Box or a "Monster Kill" Gold Box, as requested by the contest's guidelines, so your complaint has no reasons to exist and your accusations are false
3. The videos were evaluated on the standards I mentioned, but that doesn't mean that if you filled all standards you would surely win and if you missed one of them you would surely not win — this is not how a contest's entry is evaluated, sorry to make you aware of this

Your post was removed due to the accuses / improper criticism you made toward us just because you did not win. You've been given enough info on how and where to complain — follow them, thanks.

Man, chill. This was a contest for fun, and some days of premium. I did not have to organize this. It wasn't even planned originally. But I figured you guys would have some extra fun with it, so I figured I'd go the extra mile and make these celebrations that little bit more special.

 

Thankfully, everybody else seems to have had fun with this contest (and the Fool Days event in general), so I guess there WAS something good about it.

 

In light of this, I think your comments are really uncalled for. So let's just end this argument please.

Please don't make a fuss about this. I am sure many players participated by submitting good entries, and all hope to win. But as said in the topic, "there would be only 5 winners" and I am sure it would be very hard for @Cedric Debono to check so many entries and pick only 5 best out of them. Judging is not an easy task my friend.

 

If you participated and didn't manage to get a place in top 5, don't lose heart. Learn from your short comings and make it even better next time. And don't be disappointed because there will be many opportunities in coming future. Just keep your eyes peeled and good luck!
