What is going on?

My account is not allowing me to change my graphics settings. Please see the link below because I really cannot explain it properly:

This glitch occurs when your GPU crashes or flash player settings are changed. Worry not, you can recover from this issue by restarting the application/browser. Restarting will reset settings to default and you'll be able to change graphics settings again. If this doesn't work, try restarting your PC(inconvenient but works undoubtedly).

I'm not too sure if this would effect anything, but it only started happening when i clicked on 'clearing cookies and other site and plug in data'??

Which browser do you use? Try using Mozilla Firefox if you aren't already. Moreover, try entering Tanki through a client such as Standalone Flash player.

I currently use Google Chrome which is updated to its most recent update so that is not the problem. I have just tried it on FireFox and it works perfectly, so I am certain that me deleting 'cookies and plug in data' is the problem. I'm not too sure how to get it back to normal??

Google Chrome is probably the worst browser for Tanki. Tanki developers themselves advise players not to use Google for Tanki. It has way too many issues and cannot run Tanki properly.

 

I'd suggest you to discontinue using Chrome for Tanki. It drastically reduces performance and induces many bugs and glitches. Mozilla Firefox or Standalone is the best option. :)
