Hello ladies and gentlemen, this is your flight captain speaking. We just had a small problem - all four of our engines have flamed out, and we are now trying to land at the nearest airport. I trust that we are not in much danger.

Here is a life hack

If you cannot find a parking spot, carry construction cones and park wherever you want by putting four construction cones around your car. If you have a truck, you can even throw in a hard hat and a florescent construction vest in the back bed to make it look like the truck belongs to a construction worker.

Doesn't work in New York City.

A Boeing 787 has 2 engines not 4 -_- The announcement should be like this:

Ladies and Gentlemen

Both engjnes are on fire. We cannot extinguish them. Say goodbye to your lives

As you see the pilot jumping out of the cockpit with a parachute......

At an airliner's cruise altitude, the air temperature can be as low as -70 degrees F. It also can be very windy at those altitudes, so when a person jumps out of an airplane at that height they will instantly find themselves in freezing temperatures and unbearable winds. Hypothermia would quickly begin, and death would be very likely. Even if all engines of an airplane fail, from cruise altitude the plane would be able to glide a long way to an airport. Staying in the plane would therefore be way safer than jumping out without proper gear. :)

Summary: Jumping out of an airplane at cruise altitude will put you in a high chance of dying.

I waste too much time researching about airplanes
