Personia, this clan will undoubtedly become one of the best. But it's not going to happen overnight, and while practice is always good, I reckon you'll become one of those pro clans, but starladder will most likely end sooner. Just practice on some really popular maps. Not sandbox though, it won't help, cuz it's so boring. Stadium is our clan's favorite. We win clan vs. non clans a lot. Polygon is also a much practiced one.

It's not someone's fault if they have M2, though you should have even teams of same amount of M2s on each team.

 

Yeah, with only the M1s using a certain cheap paint like Marine. ​That or Storm. M2 fire is crazy good.

You should make it like a vote thing. As you already did a clean-up (not enough people IMO), you should have a certain number of "signatures" be required for someone to be nominated. Your decision on how many signatures people can give, 2 or 3 sounds like a good number to me. ​Hmm, sounds reasonable. I'll probably set something like this up.

Yeah, DOS, no need to list people twice.

 

All you need to do is place them together in rank order. Otherwise it's pointless. And you have too many positions, even for your amount of members. 40 members, shure. A quarter of them ranked? WHAT?? (I mean with a rank) You need to take off useless positions like R-TD and L-TD. Or make them have a purpose. (Like be in council of drags but they count 2 votes.) Also, the "council of drags" doesn't represent the common people. They weren't nominated, but you can't demote them now. They are good if they are suggested/popular clanmates though. Perhaps... rename the crested position to Elder Dragon, make Dragon the members list, and Dragonets the future members... That would cut a position. Oh, and I need to add duties for the Right and Left Talon Dragons.

 

No need to list people twice, but do what you want. Members probably the whole pool of people. Add yourself in that case. Oh, I forgot to put myself in the list o.O

 

 

And a few general words of advice to HD in general. Don't make a crap ton of wars that you might lose. Wars are special occasions, and should only happen once/twice a month. War sparingly! And war reliable foes. Having a bunch of opponents isn't the best. Figure out who is reliable and who isn't and war them. You need more than 1 reliable war opponent though.

Maybe. Well, I have it, a Tanki Skype, but I don't do voice/video calls. So it won't help much :/

 

Skype is a much more of a beneficial tool and will take your clan to higher grounds if used well.

Yes, I know. Unfortunately, that is not currently  an option. It may be at some point  in the future though.

 

should I get a XAT chat for our clan? It's pretty awesome, lots of emoticons and customization and I can get one pro chat-room for us because I'm registered

If a R-TD is elected, they get that instead of their crested position. It's one or the other, not both.
