Keep saving! Try to get an M3 kit... Boreas is a good option if you really want Freeze.

DOS, my suggestion for your war team is instead of pre-determining it, it'd be better if you instead had an EMPTY war team (except DDOS obviously) and have people apply to be in it.

also, in order for me to be able to get what i plan on buying i need 201,517 crystals. I am currently at 196,837

Buy Refrigerator (although Boreas has Taiga, it has Wasp M3, and you need a medium/heavy hull M3 now).

 

Such a massive amount of players going to waste. That's why I suggested the testing thing, so that we have somewhat of a warning in advance of people's characters before they sign up.
