At what time u guys mostly do clan wars ? 

It depends on what ranks are participating, and what the other clan wants. It varies, but often around 12:00-12:30 UTC+0.

 

I can't make wars unless they're on Saturday or my Friday afternoons. All the other times are taken up by stuff.

I appreciate your being active! To keep other peoples notifications  at a lower number, try to put everything you want to say in 1-2 posts, and try to only post one or two times in a row ;)
