both are good but i think ram is better if u play small maps or medium like pol cps and its also good for defending :)

minotaur is not good... i can beat a minotaur with ma left hand :P ram is good cuz its cheap and the titan m2 and viking m2 price is about same but ram is cheaper and also good if u want to stand on the battle field .. and ram also works well with drugs :) .. i have it and i have rekt many minotaurs
